Mr. Roth provides senior leadership on product and business development, including innovative sales and marketing strategies.
Most recently, he served as COO for a joint venture 50% owned by Chevron Texaco where he recruited and led a team of finance and engineering professionals in a strategic assessment, and commercialization valuation, for an emerging new technology. Also in this role Mr. Roth installed Internal Controls to better manage cash flows and a Human Resources Plan to align the Companyıs skills sets with performance goals.
As an employee/consultant with Southern Company and PG&E Energy Services, he successfully completed assignments that included:
- Building strategic plans that successfully created market share leadership
- Developing new products that integrated cutting edge technologies
- Establishing a business development group for the Western United States
- Creating pricing systems that now bill in excess of $2 billion annually and
- Launching the first server based national information service linked via multiple platforms to the customerıs meters
Mr. Roth has a Master Degree in Economics from the University of Florida and undergraduate degree in Business Administration from the University of Missouri-St. Louis, and has lectured in Europe on behalf of the World Bank to government and industry leaders and I have been published in numerous industry publications including The Public Utility Fortnightly and Electricity Journal.
