When the dot-boom went dot-bust, Manges walked away with technical savvy and a human approach, starting InSite Web Services in 2002. Many of his contacts from the dot-com era are now clients of InSite (see jobhuntersbible.com and mffitzgerald.com). Those clients have been added to with a wide variety of for-profit and non-profit customers.

While Manges' career and skill sets have changed, a few important things have not. That includes his emphasis on treating people with respect, his insistence that technology should serve people (not the other way around), and his genuine joy in meeting new people and learning about their businesses.
